Hydraulic Cylinder Description of Mud Pump Spare Parts:
Module is the main part of fluid end in mud pump. Our modules are forged by high quality alloy steel AISI 8620 or 4135, to ensure the hardness can reach HB285-330 in internal. After rolling, the contact area of the two positioning cone holes not less than 75% in the finish machining process. All finished modules will be tested by pressure test, gauge inspection and flaw detection test. Every module has been tested and issued with an inspection report. All modules can be matched with different kinds of mud pumps.
The material of the Fluid End Module is a special alloy steel forging, which is processed by mature scientific technology, with reasonable structure and high efficiency. The Fluid End Module is equipped with corresponding bolts and nuts for the Fluid End Module. The material of the Fluid End Module is alloy steel forged, and the three Fluid End Module of each pump are interchangeable. If required, the surface of the Fluid End Module can be treated with electroless nickel plating to enhance its corrosion resistance.
The discharge part is equipped with discharge air bag, shear pin safety valve and discharge filter screen respectively.
